In the Caribbean there are two seasons, dry, from January to May and wet, from June to December. In North America, there are four, spring, from March to May, summer, June to August, autumn, September to November and winter, December to February. In Europe the seasons are the same but when they occur is different. Spring is June to August, autumn, September to November, summer, December to February, and winter, March to May. In Asia, depending on where you are, the seasons can be different. In the southeast region there is rainy from May to October and dry from December to April. The climate varies significantly in north Asia, and they experience the four seasons too.
One thing that every region in the world has in common is that the seasons change, no matter how long they last. We adapt to where we live with our habits, clothing, interests, and the like. Our tolerance for the hot or cold typically adjusts with the local temperatures. For some who prefer to not deal with the extremes where they live, or desire to experience extremes different to theirs, they travel. When you do not use the right clothing for the right season, you won’t be comfortable at best and at worst, you won’t survive.
In our lives, we are in one season or another lasting from days to years. Sometimes we incorrectly perceive our present season and do not wear the right belief, attitude, or mindset. So, it becomes difficult to survive and even thrive. Sometimes our current season may last longer than we desire, and it appears like it won’t change. But it will.
Interestingly, we can influence seasons in our lives for the good or bad. What we do and think about today affects tomorrow. This is simply a reminder. What is also interesting is, what we do to or for someone else can affect their season today or tomorrow as well. Will you add sunshine or rain to someone else’s climate? Or will your contribution be spring, summer, autumn, or winter?
By positively affecting the season in someone else’s life, you affect the season in yours. Be a blessing today.
Let me be among the first to pray a blessing for you today.
Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.
(NASB, 3 John 2)

Awesome post! Great reminder! Thanks for the prayer!
